1. Property off Kingsland Blvd. between greenhouse and Baker Rd. has been sold by KISD back to Trendmaker Homes. There will be a public meeting at City Hall Annex, Public Level, 900 Bagby, Houston on May 24th at 2:30 p.m. for change of the use of the property,. Trendmaker plan to build 23 brick homes with breezeway garages selling from the $400,000 - $500,000 and higher range.

2. May 2007 - Baker Road Hike/Nike trail is complete

3. There are reports of cars swerving ito oncoming traffic on Baker Rd. The Constables have been patrolling more frequently since these reports

Flooding Friday June 15th.

These photos were taken at 4:15pm on June 15th following a 15 minute downpour. As you can see from these photos, Our community has an existing issue with flooding. Further development of the land in our area on spells disaster.
